This Privacy Policy describes how the kubezilladesktop.com website ("the Site") processes personal data. It applies only to the Site. The Kubezilla Desktop application has its own privacy notice bundled with the app.

Who we are​

The controller of personal data processed through the Site is the operator of kubezilladesktop.com. You can reach us at the contact address listed at the bottom of this page.

What we collect​

  • Request logs. IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested path. Used to operate the site, investigate errors, and mitigate abuse. Retained up to 30 days.
  • Consent choice. Your cookie-banner selection is stored in your browser's localStorage under cookie-consent-v1. Never sent to our servers.
  • Google Analytics. When you opt in via the cookie banner, we load gtag.js from Google and it sets _ga, _ga_*, _gid, _gat cookies. IP anonymization is enabled. Purpose: measure aggregate site usage (page views, country, referrer, browser). Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
    • Data processor: Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC. Data may be transferred to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

What we do not do​

  • We do not sell personal data.
  • We do not use advertising or marketing cookies.
  • We do not profile you for automated decision-making.

  • correct inaccurate data,
  • erase your data ("right to be forgotten"),
  • restrict or object to processing,
  • withdraw consent at any time (for analytics, use "Cookie settings"),
